2. Nature of the Service (Zero Content / Tool-Only Provider)

This application is purely an IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) media player software. The application does not provide, produce, host, or distribute any content, broadcasts, TV channels, or playlists by default. All content loaded into the application originates from and is controlled entirely by the user independently or by third-party providers outside the company's control.

3. User Responsibility for Content

1. You are fully responsible for all links, playlists, or content that you enter, access, watch, download, or distribute through this application.
2. You must comply with all applicable rules and laws in your region, including but not limited to copyright, broadcasting, and intellectual property laws.
3. The company cannot be held responsible for the legality, availability, or content of any sources entered by the user.

4. Prohibited Use

You are strictly prohibited from:

1. Reselling, renting, redistributing, or trading this application or account to any other party.
2. Hacking, modifying, reverse engineering, or copying the application's source code.
3. Using the application for unlawful activities, committing copyright piracy, or infringing the rights of others.

5. Account and Device

1. One account is bound to one device by device identification (device fingerprint). Accounts may not be transferred or used simultaneously.
2. Users are responsible for keeping their account information confidential. The company is not responsible for any misuse of an account resulting from user negligence.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without any warranty, whether express or implied. The company does not guarantee that the application will always be available without interruption or free from technical errors.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the application, including loss of data or access to content.

8. Termination of Service
