1. Data We Collect

  1. Registration Data: Email address and username.
  2. Device Identification: MAC address, hardware serial numbers (hard disk, motherboard, BIOS, processor) processed into a unique code (device fingerprint).
  3. Subscription Data: Account status (FREE/PREMIUM), start and end dates of the validity period, and a recovery code stored in hashed form.

2. Purpose of Data Use

Your data is used solely for: device activation and verification, account validity management, security enhancement, prevention of system abuse, and customer support purposes.

3. Data Storage and Security

  1. Data is stored on a secure third-party server (Google Firebase / Firestore) and transmitted using strict encryption protocols (HTTPS).
  2. The company does not store your account password. Device identification data is stored in hashed form so that it is secure and cannot be read as raw data.

4. Local Settings and History

Viewing history, favorites, and personal playlist links are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to the company's server, unless required for an official synchronization feature enabled by the user.

5. Sharing Data with Third Parties

The company guarantees that it will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except:

  1. When required by legal order or a competent authority.
  2. When necessary for the operation of the service with technology infrastructure providers who are obligated to maintain data confidentiality.

6. Data Retention

Your personal data will be retained while your account is active and can be deleted at your request by contacting the company's official contact. Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Deletion terminates all access and the validity of your account, including any ongoing FREE or PREMIUM status. Deleted accounts cannot be recovered, and the company reserves the right to refuse re-granting of FREE status or re-registration for a device that has previously received FREE status, in order to prevent system abuse.

7. User Rights

You have the right to request information about or correction of your personal data, as well as to submit a deletion request in accordance with the provisions in point 6 above. Requests will be processed by the company in accordance with applicable law, with the consequences described in point 6.

8. Changes to Privacy Policy

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will take effect as of the date published within the application.
